Return Policy

Sprinkler Supply Co. will issue a refundfor materials returned within 60 days of the original purchase. All returns must be in new condition, in the packaging as sold, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Refunds will be issued by the same method as originally purchased. Cash refunds in excess of $30.00 will be issued by way of check sent via the mail. Special ordered and/or clearance items may not be returned for refund. A restock fee may be applied if determined necessary by the branch manager. Credit will be issued at the lesser of original price paid or current pricing.

Online Return Policy

Most merchandise can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, etc.). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by Sprinkler Supply Co. Please note bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund.

For your convenience, items purchased on homedepot.com can be returned to any of our retail stores nationwide.

  • Credit will be issued at time of return and no return shipping charges will be incurred.
  • To enable quick processing of your return, please bring with you a copy of your bar coded shipping confirmation email or the credit card used to make the purchase. *
By Mail

For most orders delivered by UPS or Fed Ex, you can use the enclosed small parcel return label to mail your return. Alternately, you can arrange to return on your own, using the address specified on the return label.**

  • Credit will be issued at the time the merchandise is received in our warehouse. *
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by Sprinkler Supply Co.
Preparing your Return by Mail
  • Pack the item carefully in the original packaging.
  • Affix the UPS returns label over the top of the original shipping label. Keep a copy of the tracking number on this label for future reference.
  • Bring the package to any UPS location near you.

If you are returning more than one item, please make sure that they are all to be returned to the same location to ensure credit is applied accurately. If you have any questions about the return location address, please contact Customer Support at 801-566-8102.
